“ Thomas Derrien débute sa formation de styliste de mode avec Marie Rucki au Studio Berçot. Cet apprentissage à peine achevé, il intègre l’équipe de Claude Montana qui dirige alors ses propres lignes et la haute couture chez Lanvin.
Cette période achevée, Thomas Derrien rejoint Jacqueline Jacobson pour l’assister dans la création de sa collection titre Dorothée Bis.
A l’issue de ces sept années auprès des créateurs, Thomas Derrien prend un tournant en devenant styliste free-lance. Le luxe et la création restent ses domaines de prédilection, et pour sa première commande il dessine des foulards pour Lanvin.
Contacté par Hermès, il dessinera pendant neuf ans sous la direction de Jean-Louis Dumas, des accessoires cuir et plus spécifiquement la ganterie et le sac fantaisie.
Christian Dior Parfums lance son Spa Dior. Thomas Derrien remporte l’appel d’offre lancé pour le design de la garde-robe des futures esthéticiennes dont il assurera par la suite la fabrication.
Installé au 39, rue Vaneau, au cœur du 7ème arrondissement de Paris, Thomas Derrien lance sa propre marque et sa première boutique concept.Thomas Derrien dessine et réalise dans sa boutique atelier, du prêt-à-porter féminin mais aussi une mode réalisée en semi-mesure. „

“ After studying under Marie Rucki at the Studio Berçot, Thomas Derrien joined the team of Claude Montana who, at that time, was designing his own lines and was also in charge of Haute Couture for Lanvin.
His next step was to work with Jacqueline Jacobson. There he helped design the Dorothée Bis main collection.
After seven years of working with fashion designers, Thomas Derrien changed direction and became a freelance designer. He has a fondness for luxury items and for his first commission was to design scarves for Lanvin.
Hermès contacted him to design leather accessories, notably gloves and handbags, which he accomplished under the direction of Jean-Louis Dumas for nine years.
Christian Dior launched their Spa. Thomas Derrien won the competition to design and manufacture the beauticians' wardrobe.
Situated at number 39, rue Vaneau in the heart of the 7th district, Thomas Derrien launches his own brand and his first concept store. He designs and creates in his studio-boutique both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure collections for women. „
